Most orders are shipped within 1–2 business days. After your order is shipped, delivery usually takes about 3–5 business days within the U.S.

Most of our Crunchy and TABA squishies are handmade or handcrafted. Because of this, each squishy may have slight differences in appearance, texture, or sound, making every piece unique.

We carefully inspect every item before shipping.

Most of our Crunchy squishies are handmade and finished with glue to help protect and seal the product. Because of this, you may notice a slight glue smell when you first open your squishy.

This is normal and the smell will gradually fade over time. We recommend letting your squishy air out in a well-ventilated area.

Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you have any issues with your order.

Our Crunchy Squishies contain small pieces and parts inside, so we recommend them for ages 12 and up.

Please keep them away from young children and pets, as the small parts may present a choking hazard and always supervise children when using squishies.

To keep your squishy in the best condition, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and high temperatures.

We also recommend keeping your squishy away from dust, dirt, and sharp objects.
