Because our squishies are handmade and limited in quantity, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

Please note:

Minor color, texture, or shape differences may occur due to the handmade nature of our products and are not considered defects.
Squishies may have small air bubbles or slight imperfections, which are normal.
We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was our responsibility.
